Roasted Peaches & Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Ice cream of your choice (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon.

  3. Place the peach halves in a baking dish (or air fryer basket) and brush them with the butter mixture.

  4. Bake or air fry the peaches for 12 minutes, until they are tender and caramelized.

  5. Remove from the oven or air fryer and let cool slightly.

  6. Top with vanilla ice cream!
