Carrot Top Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients

Asparagus
Snap peas
Radish
Feta cheese
Rotisserie chicken
For the Carrot Top Green Goddess Dressing
1 bunch carrot tops
1 cup mixed herbs (such as green goddess herbs and dill)
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Prepare the vegetables: Trim the asparagus and snap peas, and slice the radish.
Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
In a blender or food processor, combine the carrot tops, mixed herbs, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, yogurt, and salt. Blend until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, snap peas, radish, feta, and shredded chicken.
Drizzle the Carrot Top Green Goddess Dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
